The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Overtime is possible; schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm with paid overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plastic extrusion or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork are a must.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion machines
• Ensure product quality by inspecting materials and making adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Troubleshoot minor machine or material issues
• Follow production schedules and complete required documentation
