Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cut and form plastic to match each job specification.
• Maintain accurate records of material usage on each job.
• Maintain all cutting and molding equipment in the cutting department.
• Organize area for storage and use of excess scrap material.
• Maintain records of molds and patterns.
• Stay alert and suggest methods for improvement.
• Ensure personal quality, methods, safety and housekeeping.
• Request cutting department inventory as needed.
• Notify production manager of defective material or workmanship.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
