Albany Medical College boasts academic leadership opportunities through its plastic surgery residency program, its medical school, and opportunities for research.

The Division of Plastic Surgery has an integrated residency program with two (2) residents per year and is involved in medical student education and research.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Successful completion of an approved Plastic Surgery residency program.
• Board eligible/certified in Plastic Surgery.

• Head and Neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.

The Division of Plastic Surgery has an integrated residency program with two (2) residents per year and is involved in medical student education and research. Required qualifications include an M.D. or D.O., successful completion of an approved Plastic Surgery residency program, board eligible/certified in plastic surgery, hold or be able to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of New York.

Clinical

• Provider will be obligated to take hand on‑call

Applicants should have the following:

• NYS Licensure MD or DO
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery Residency Program
• Board Eligible/Certified in Plastic Surgery
• DEA certification
