Job summary

Castle Steel Inc. in El Mirage, AZ is seeking Plasma Machine Operators to cut beams, channels, and metal plates with advanced plasma equipment. Earn $22–$30 per hour, with overtime opportunities and potential to reach $67,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Material handling – oversee staging/loading of steel for processing using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Setup and operation – select & replace consumables, set cutting parameters, adjust feed rates.
• Quality control – check finished pieces with appropriate tools to match plans.
• Maintenance – coordinate maintenance, daily cleaning, calibration & upgrades to equipment.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
