Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a team member to handle sample processing and plasma storage duties in Lemon Grove, CA. The role requires compliance with cGMP and safety protocols, including maintaining freezers and preparing shipments of plasma units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers (5%).
• Prepare units for frozen storage. Collect and store samples from plasma units for testing.
• Maintain freezer temperatures and remove ice buildup.
• Prepare frozen plasma units and samples for shipping following protocol.
• Organize plasma boxes/documents for shipments and assist with loading shipments.
• Manage supplies and assist with inventory control procedures.
