Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a dedicated team member in Lemon Grove, CA, to process plasma samples and prepare units for storage and testing. The role requires current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT certifications as part of state regulations.

You will maintain records in compliance with cGMP, handle shipments, and support inventory control while delivering excellent donor service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desired: Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.
• Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and fellow staff.
• Perform all required duties in the Sample Processing area.
• Prepare units for frozen storage and collect samples for testing.
• Maintain freezer temperatures and monitor equipment.
• Prepare frozen plasma units and samples for shipping.
• Organize plasma boxes and documents for shipments.
• Assist with inventory control and proper disposal of materials.
