Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Gainesville, FL, is hiring for an entry-level Sample Processing role supporting plasma unit preparation for freezing, testing, and shipment. The position emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance (cGMP) and top-notch donor and customer service.

You will work with plasma units, samples, and shipments, maintain records, and follow SOPs. Previous lab experience is a plus; the role is full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plasma units for frozen storage.
• Collect and store samples from plasma units for testing.
• Perform routine freezer maintenance and monitor temperatures.
• Prepare and ship frozen plasma units and samples following protocol.
• Organize plasma boxes and documents for shipments.
• Manage supplies and assist with inventory control.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
