Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a production associate to help manage the flow of production on a full-time basis. The role requires diligence in meeting parts specifications and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The position emphasizes teamwork, accurate reading of measurements, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while lifting and moving items over 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industry experience is beneficial.
• Able to read basic blueprints and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and policies.
• Maintain material inventory and movement through installation area.
• Ensure proper parts specifications (size, dimensions, gauge) for chassis completion.
• Ensure sufficient part supply at all processing stations and move parts to shipping area.
• Assist in repair work and maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Work as part of a team to meet company goals; communicate clearly in English.
• Read and process written instructions and measurements; meet deadlines.
• Operate basic office tools (screw/rivet guns, impacts) and lift items over 50 pounds.
