Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies.
• Greet donors and guide them through venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Perform venipuncture procedures and monitor donor well-being.
• Maintain equipment, set up donation machines, and address alarms.
• Record donor data accurately and handle samples per SOPs.
