Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a healthcare professional (EMT, LPN/LVN, or RN) to join Kedplasma in a high‑touch clinical donation setting. You will evaluate donor eligibility, manage medical incidents, and support donor health and safety in a regulated environment.

Working with the Center Medical Director and team, you will educate donors, monitor reactions, maintain medical equipment, and help ensure accuracy of donor charts while upholding FDA/OSHA/CLIA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold current license to practice in the state of operation.
• Acceptable licenses include EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-A, Paramedic, LPN, LVN, or RN (for hires before May 30, 2019).
• CPR certification required; at least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility for plasmapheresis and immunization programs.
• Review donor health history and lab results for suitability.
• Educate donors on the donation process, risks, benefits, and consent.
