Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leadership in warehouse, distribution, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling and warehouse ops.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance with metrics.
• Proficiency with WMS, RF tech, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily warehouse operations and personnel.
• Coordinate with Quality, Inventory Control, Transportation and CS teams.
• Oversee Plasma Operations: receipt, storage, movement and shipment.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of staff.
