Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data and use metrics to drive performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with WMS, RF technology, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily warehouse operations and assigned personnel.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet productivity, quality, inventory, and customer service objectives.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and performance across the shift.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Quality, Inventory Control, Transportation, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams.
• Lead shift startup meetings, huddles, and end-of-shift reviews.
• Oversee receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of plasma products.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, FDA and OSHA compliance and proper temperature control.
