Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a part-time donor center associate. Most shifts are 4 to 6 hours, 3 or more days per week, designed to fit your life while contributing to patient-centered plasma collection.

You will answer phones, greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation. Training is paid and interactive, with weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Be available for donors on weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
