Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including consent, AIDS education, self-exclusion, medical history interview, and eligibility review.
• Evaluate donor reactions per SOPs and coordinate with Center Physician for emergencies.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical or technical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with occupational health/ER as needed.
• Potentially serve as Pandemic Coordinator as authorized.
