Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Irving, TX is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support daily center operations. You will determine donor eligibility, manage adverse events, review lab results, and notify donors of unsuitable findings under supervision.

Requirements include an LPN/LVN license, CPR/AED certification, and at least two years in a clinical setting. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the responsible state.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Experience reviewing laboratory test results and donor history.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Manage donor adverse events and follow SOPs for emergencies.
• Review SPE results and communicate unsuitable findings to donors.
• Support vaccination programs and occupational health guidance.
