Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support plasma center operations. You will assess donor eligibility, perform physical assessments, and respond to donor needs under the Center Manager and Center Physician guidance.

The role requires an active TX LPN/LVN license, CPR and AED certification, and at least two years of clinical or hospital experience. Availability between 2 PM and 10 PM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in TX
• Two years clinical or hospital experience
• CPR and AED certification on entry

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and obtain informed consent
• Manage donor adverse events and provide appropriate care
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results
• Follow SOPs for medical emergencies and donor safety
• Assist Center Physician with medical issues and maintain EHS guidance
