Job summary

B Positive Plasma, a blood plasma donation facility, seeks an experienced LPN/Paramedic to join as we expand. The role requires Monday–Friday availability, competitive pay, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

You will conduct donor exams, review medical histories, and provide care during donor reactions while supporting training and operations. Ideal candidates hold an LPN or Paramedic license, CPR/BLS, and a high school diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or Paramedic license in good standing for the state applying for.
• Current CPR and BLS certification.
• High school diploma or higher; documentation required.
• Ability to read/write English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Select suitable plasmapheresis donors by conducting physical exams and reviewing histories.
• Review donor data to confirm donor suitability and document decisions.
• Counsel and follow up with donors; manage exposures and confidential information.
• Provide care during donor reactions and assist in staff training as needed.
• Travel up to 25 miles for training or staffing support.
