Parachute in Kingsville, TX is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Center Medical team. This full-time role focuses on donor health, safety, and a positive donor experience in a fast-growing plasma donation network.
You will perform health screenings, respond to donor reactions, maintain records, and work with staff across the center. We offer $24/hr plus benefits and a potential monthly bonus, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive insurance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED or higher.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in TX.
- BLS or CPR certification is required.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to work weekends or as needed.
Responsabilités
- Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams.
- Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
- Collaborate with center staff to ensure a positive donor experience.
- Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
- Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
- Cross-train in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
