BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) in Wisconsin to support plasma center operations. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, and manage donor safety under Center management and Medical Affairs guidance.

Applicants should be licensed LPN/LVN, CPR/AED certified, with IV therapy skills and at least two years of clinical experience. BioLife offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent to include a nursing program with state requirements.
• Licensed or certified as LPN or LVN in the responsibility state.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• FDA-approved BioLife Medical Support Specialist training.
• Two years’ clinical or hospital experience.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility, consent, medical history, and exam requirements.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for unclear findings or guidance.
• Support vaccination programs for employees (Hepatitis B, Seasonal Flu).
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with occupational health/EHS as needed.
