Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our plasma donation center. You will determine donor eligibility, monitor donor safety, and assist with medical guidance under supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of assignment.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including consent, medical history, and physical exam review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs and standing orders.
• Refer complex findings to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on safety and eligibility.
