Grifols is seeking a Center Manager to lead a Plasma Collection Center in North America. You will oversee daily operations, staff, training, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency and meeting KPI targets. This role demands strong leadership and a track record in regulated environments.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, preferably with plasma or blood products. Location: Chattanooga, TN. Regular full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred; plasma or whole blood experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet quarterly goals, staffing hours per labor efficiency standards, CPL targets and KPI goals.
• Create an organizational environment that stimulates morale and productivity.
• Operate the center and manage staff and operations with high ethics and integrity.
• Ensure training and quality goals are met and implement operational changes for efficiency.
• Monitor operations and develop action plans to maximize center efficiency.
• Manage headcount to provide efficient staffing across production cycles and seasonal spikes.
• Direct hiring, assignment, development, disciplinary actions, and personnel records maintenance.
• Provide strategic direction and planning.
