Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to lead plant-wide initiatives that boost productivity and efficiency. You will connect plant operations with enterprise-level productivity, sustainability teams, and strategic projects to drive breakthrough improvements.

The role focuses on loss analysis, actionable roadmaps, and sustaining standard work. A strong background in CI tools and cross-functional collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process improvement, productivity, or operational excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, IWS, or similar continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead horizontal process improvement projects spanning multiple lines and functions.
• Drive productivity and PEP-positive initiatives aligned with plant objectives.
• Serve as the plant contact for strategic project, productivity, and enterprise-level improvement initiatives.
• Conduct loss analysis and provide downtime/performance insights.
• Develop and execute large-scale efficiency projects and close performance gaps.
