Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of production processes and performance metrics.
• 1–3 years of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across shifts and functions without direct authority.
• Fast-paced, 24-hour manufacturing environment experience.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Own all manufacturing processes for an assigned production line across a 24-hour operation.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard work across all shifts.
• Identify process gaps and variability; lead corrective actions to restore stability.
• Develop, implement, and sustain new standards and tools to drive loss elimination.
• Use structured problem solving and CI tools to eliminate losses, improve TE, and reduce waste and rework.
• Track, analyze, and report line performance using accurate data.
• Own data accuracy and integrity for the line.
• Ensure correct use of performance tracking systems and DMS execution across all shifts.
• Use data to proactively identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
