Job summary

ANDRITZ AG in Neenah, WI seeks a Plant Utility II to support daily manufacturing operations, including testing, sanding, parts washing, saw work, and light assembly, with safety and efficiency in mind.

You will load/unload equipment, move materials, perform general cleanup, operate basic machinery, and complete paperwork while complying with site policies. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–3 years’ experience.
• Basic computer /data entry skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, and stooping).
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading product from production equipment.
• Locate and transport material throughout production facility to assigned processing equipment.
• Perform general plant cleanup, painting, and organizational projects.
• Load/unload parts washing machine, hand wash parts as needed.
• Operate sand blasting equipment to strip and clean parts.
• Complete paperwork as needed.
• Use of forklifts and overhead cranes to complete job assignment.
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
