Job summary

ANDRITZ in Wisconsin is seeking an entry‑level operations support worker to assist and train across multiple areas including testing, sanding, parts washing, saw, and light assembly. The role emphasizes reliability and teamwork in a busy production environment.

You will help load and unload product, move materials, perform cleanup tasks, operate basic equipment, and complete paperwork while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Basic computer /data entry skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, and stooping).
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
