Job summary

International Paper is seeking an hourly full-time associate for the Montgomery Box Facility in Montgomery, IL. You will count and stack finished product, read factory orders, run orders, and read gauges while applying basic shop math and documenting quality information.

Responsibilities include cleanup tasks, scrap handling, and following directions. Overtime and weekend work may be required; the role offers competitive pay and a broad benefits package with leadership growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic shop math.
• Flexibility to work alternating shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
• Willingness to perform cleanup tasks and maintenance duties.

• Support machine cleanup, sweeping, ink system cleaning, and scrap handling.

Pay Rate: $23.27/hr.

• Hourly Full-Time 2nd Shift Monday - Friday
• 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday

Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required.

• 2nd shift - 3:00pm to 11:00pm / 3:00pm to 3:00am / 11:00am to 11:00pm
• 3rd shift - 11:00pm to 7:00am / 11:00pm to 11:00am / 7:00pm to 7:00am

The Job You Will Perform:

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Running orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
