Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of industrial auxiliary equipment upkeep experience.
• General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, boiler systems, and water filtration.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Pre-employment substance abuse test required.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required.
• Ability to obtain a security access badge; overtime and varying shifts may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment condition and performance to identify reliability concerns.
• Measure and track key equipment and system performance metrics.
• Assess reliability risks and propose improvements to increase uptime and efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain standard maintenance procedures and operating docs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to minimize disruption to production.
• Assist with planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Follow OSHA, environmental, and company requirements related to utilities.
• Assist with projects, installations, upgrades, and system improvements as needed.
