Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors equipment consoles, reads readings and trouble calls.
• Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Assists in repairs of boilers, pumps, valves and energy systems.
• Supports electrical, plumbing and refrigeration tasks as needed.
• Responds to after-hours calls and works nights/weekends when required.
