This role partners with HR and plant leadership to transfer shop-floor knowledge, maintain training materials, and track skill development in alignment with safety and quality standards. The Plant Trainer delivers engaging learning experiences, coaches learners, and helps build proficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong ability to facilitate learning in classroom and shop-floor settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train plant employees with orientation and ongoing technical training.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as SOPs, visuals, and hands-on activities.
• Assess skills, document certifications, and track training progress and metrics.
• Maintain training records and ensure alignment with plant goals and standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and leadership to reflect current processes.
