Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Plant Training Coordinator to oversee training in Operations, Quality, and technical roles.

You will ensure new employees complete induction requirements and current staff finish cross-training and process changes, partnering with supervisors and the HR Business Partner to align the plant's training plan with Refresco NA. Responsibilities include maintaining the Learning Management System (Alchemy), recording certificates, developing SOPs,

Qualifications

• Experience in training in a production/mfg environment.
• Strong project management and lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, health and safety, and PPE requirements.
• Develop and deliver training focused on job competence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for training requests and issues.
• Maintain Alchemy LMS records and training certificates.
• Coordinate training with plant leadership and HRBP.
• Develop plant SOPs and share with leadership.
• Collaborate with corporate training manager for objectives.
• Identify grant opportunities and apply for state/local funds.
• Build network across Refresco NA operations and HR.
