Job summary

Arclin, Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a Process Engineer II to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods in surface treating processes. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will apply mass, momentum, and heat transfer principles to design and optimize operations.

Responsibilities include leading RCA/CA, implementing PM programs, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance, with 5–7 years of relevant experience and a BS in engineering.

Qualifications

• BS degree required in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing facility.
• Experience with HAZOP facilitation and process safety knowledge.
• Knowledge of process control systems and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve plant efficiency and output.
• Ensure manufacturing processes operate at optimal levels.
• Lead site in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning.
• Develop and implement PM program with maintenance support.
• Collaborate on engineering analyses: design, cost, life cycle, equipment.
• Apply mass, momentum and heat transfer principles to design.
