Job summary

United Companies, a CRH Company, seeks a skilled laborer to operate heavy equipment, sample Redi-Mix materials, and perform plant maintenance. You will collect, test, and report results and handle general labor tasks as part of a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; a valid driver’s license is required; ACI Field Level I is preferred. Pre-employment checks and a strong teamwork mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to two years related experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (forklift, loader, skidsteer) safely.
• Collect samples and perform testing according to protocol.
• Maintain plant and equipment; perform routine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Prepare plant for operations and assist in daily production tasks.
• Record test results and report findings to supervisor.
• Follow MSHA & OSHA safety procedures and company policies.
