Job summary

LSI Industries Inc. seeks reliable Plant Team Members to join the JSI team in Bangor, Maine. You will assemble commercial refrigeration display units for grocery stores, working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

No heavy prior experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. You will learn to read diagrams, use hand tools, and follow safety protocols while contributing to daily production goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble refrigeration display units according to specifications and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Plant Team Members. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling commercial refrigeration display units used in grocery stores across the country. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key to success.
