Job summary

LSI ADL Technology in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a 2nd shift machine operator to run wave soldering equipment, monitor production quality, and support daily manufacturing needs.

You will follow standard operating procedures, perform routine maintenance, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with a diverse team to meet production schedules while handling confidential information with care.

Qualifications

LSI ADL Technology is an Electronics Manufacturing Services company based in Columbus, we are looking for a 2nd shift machine operator.

Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily operations of the wave solder machines


• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues


• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly maintenance.


• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations.


• Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision.


• Be able to work with speed and accuracy.


• Represent LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective, current and former employees, clients, suppliers, and the community we serve.


• Interact professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers.


• Learn and practices standard operating procedures.


• Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management.


• Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.


• Other duties as assigned.
