Mars Incorporated is seeking a Plant Supply Excellence Manager to drive operational excellence, cost savings, and asset performance across the plant and network. You will coach leadership, lead MSE initiatives, and collaborate with regional teams to standardize best practices.

The role emphasizes change management, governance, and governance systems development, with a strong focus on delivering measurable improvements and financial benefits across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• 10+ years of experience implementing World Class initiatives such as TPM, WCM, or IWS in FMCG companies.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture across plant departments.
• Track MSE impact on Value Leadership and OPEX savings.
• Identify, justify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Champion application of Supply Excellence methodologies.
• Prepare and engage stakeholders in the MSE rollout plan.
• Develop governance systems, visual management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Digital Smart Factory team to integrate digital solutions.
• Benchmark performance and drive industry best practices.
• Coach department managers and pillar leaders; build capability.
• Partner with other plants and Regional Coaches; lead COPs network.
