Job summary

Mars is seeking a Plant Supply Excellence Manager to drive world-class supply/operational excellence across a major plant in the United States. You will coach the Plant Director and leadership network, deploy MSE methodologies, and push continuous improvement with measurable savings and asset performance improvements.

You will collaborate with regional teams and COPs, share best practices, and strengthen network-wide MSE maturity while overseeing potential Digital Manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote data-driven continuous improvement across plant departments.
• Track MSE impact on business priorities (Value Leadership and OPEX savings).
• Identify, justify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Champion the application of Supply Excellence methodologies.
