• Monitor daily supplier quality performance, including PPM, line disruptions, repeat defects, and other key supplier quality metrics.
• Lead containment activities for supplier-related non-conformances and coordinate sorting, rework, material segregation, and containment actions.
• Issue, manage, and track supplier Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) in collaboration with suppliers.
