Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering field.
• 3+ years in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or similar manufacturing quality role.
• Experience with supplier non-conformance, corrective actions, containment, and line-stoppage mitigation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications; strong problem solving.
• Structured problem solving (8D/5-Why) with data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily supplier quality performance and key metrics.
• Lead containment and mitigate production impact from supplier issues.
• Issue and manage NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify supplier risks and develop mitigation plans to protect production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Supplier Quality.
