Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 4+ years wastewater experience required.
• Grade 4 Biological WPC System Operator or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Lead plant personnel and supervise operators.
• Maintain compliance with City, state, and federal requirements.
• Serve as ORC or BORC for the assigned plant as directed.
• Provide operational guidance and supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.
