Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in land stripping & reclamation or related mining operations.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Construction materials industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly employees engaged in land stripping and reclamation.
• Plans, prioritizes objectives, and maintains scheduling within budget.
• Participates in recruitment and screens hourly staff.
• Schedules daily, weekly and monthly production activities to meet material processing needs.
• Ensures staff receive proper training and safety instructions.
• Promotes a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and regulations.
• Supports plant efficiency through cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Monitors equipment maintenance and repairs.
