Located at our West Milwaukee manufacturing facility, you'll spend the majority of your time on the production floor supporting employees, monitoring performance, resolving challenges, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of daily bakery operations.
This is a full-time salaried leadership position. Schedule flexibility is required to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including regular 10-12 hour shifts, weekends, or off-shift support as business needs dictate.
