As the Maintenance Manager, Execution & Planning, you'll play a critical leadership role in transforming our maintenance organization through disciplined planning, proactive execution, and people development. Working closely with Engineering, Reliability, Production, and Operations leaders, you'll help maximize equipment reliability while developing a high-performing maintenance team that supports world-class manufacturing.
This position is based at Palermo's headquarters and manufacturing campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
You’ll spend significant time on the production floor partnering with maintenance technicians, production leaders, engineering, and operations to improve equipment performance, develop your team, and drive operational excellence.
As the Maintenance Manager, Execution & Planning, you’ll lead the execution of Palermo's maintenance strategy by building a proactive, data-driven maintenance organization.
