Job summary

CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking a production supervisor in Idaho to meet daily staffing needs and coordinate absentee coverage. The role involves training staff, upholding quality standards, and maintaining production records while coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Three years of production supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily manpower and scheduling requirements.
• Manage absentee coverage.
• Provide on-the-job training to employees.
• Maintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.
• Maintain an accurate record of all production activities.
• Evaluate team performance.
• Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
• Provide preventative maintenance.
• Initiate new job start-ups when required.
• Effectively manage scrap control and reduction.
• Engage in plan development and implementation.
• Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.
• Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.

• Flexible Schedule and ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide preventative maintenance and thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.
