Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering - civil, mechanical, industrial.
• 10+ years in engineering and manufacturing operations management.
• 5+ years leading increasing complexity and scale of capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead medium to large capital projects/programs with external resources.
• Provide solutions to complex manufacturing problems using engineering principles.
• Determine approaches to technical problems with sound judgment and risk management.
• Lead technical upgrades or product improvements and coordinate teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, finances, and resources to meet objectives.
• Communicate technical material to non-technical stakeholders in writing and verbally.
