Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Plant Operations Staff member in Byrdstown, TN to help keep facilities, equipment, and grounds in optimal condition. The role supports the Plant Operations Director and focuses on maintaining safe, compliant environments for residents and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and involves operating grounds-keeping equipment. A strong attention to safety and teamwork is essential to succeed in this essential, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate equipment including lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operations Director by ensuring facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order.
• Maintain property grounds in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
