Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Byrdstown, TN, seeks a Plant Operations team member to help keep our facilities, equipment and grounds in top condition. You will support the Plant Operations Director and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and can operate equipment like mowers, blowers, pressure washers, edgers and chainsaws. This on-site role offers benefits and growth opportunities within a values-driven healthcare organization.

How You Will Make a Difference

Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.
