The role supports the Plant Operations Director and helps safeguard resident safety and comfort.

High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates should be able to operate common maintenance equipment listed above.

Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 109-bed skilled nursing facility located along the middle fork of the Kentucky River in the quaint town of Beattyville, Kentucky. Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
