Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Plant Operations Staff member for Mayfair Manor in Lexington, KY. You will help keep our facilities, equipment, and utilities in good working order while ensuring grounds are well maintained.

The role involves operating lawn equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and other tools, with attention to safety and regulatory compliance. High school diploma or GED is required; experience with maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and grounds, ensuring equipment and utilities are in good working order as directed by Plant Operations Director.
• Keep property grounds and equipment in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
