Job summary

ResinTech Inc. in Camden, NJ is seeking a Plant Shift Supervisor for the night shift to support the Plant Production Manager and supervise Chemical Operators and Plant Technicians. The role focuses on safe, accurate batch processing and quality traceability.

You will add dosages per recipe/SOP, document batch records, and help meet department objectives while maintaining compliance. Strong computer and problem-solving skills are essential, as is prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field preferred
• 2+ years of chemical batch processing & supervisory experience
• Excellent computer & problem-solving skills
• Must be a US citizen
• Preferred skills: Ion-exchange experience; waste treatment experience

Responsibilities

• Under direction of Plant Manager, adds chemical dosages – per recipe/SOP – to batch processes; monitors chemical processes.
• Accurately documents batch processing record, ensures product traceability, adheres to quality procedures,
• Manage Chemical operators and technicians in their job tasks.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.
• All other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists Plant Production Manager in achieving department objectives, Supervises: Chemical Operator and Plant technicians/labor.

• Under direction of Plant Manager, adds chemical dosages – per recipe/SOP – to batch processes; monitors chemical processes.
• Accurately documents batch processing record, ensures product traceability, adheres to quality procedures,
• Manage Chemical operators and technicians in their job tasks.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities

• All other duties as assigned
