Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
- JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide support to Director of Manufacturing Operations, and production, maintenance and engineering staff as follows:
Primary Responsibility
- Record-keeping for Manufacturing Operations (Production, Maintenance and Engineering groups)
- Manage Manufacturing Operations’ Vacation and Personal Day requests and document approvals
- Assist with Manufacturing Operations’ Purchase Requisition development/submittal
- Assist with Manufacturing Operations’ P.O. tracking and cost allocation
- Manage collection/retention of Environmental compliance documentation (inspections, repairs, etc.…)
- Manage collection/retention of DOT and OSHA compliance documentation (BOLs, work permits, etc.…)
- Act as Owner/Gatekeeper of Manufacturing Operations electronic tools (CMMS, PMS, etc.…)
- Manage eMaint structure and data entry/attachment to continuously enhance maintenance efficiency
- Manage Monday.com structure and data entry/attachment to enhance targeted project management
- Coordinate or complete eMaint data entry to create, track, and close maintenance work orders
Document management for Manufacturing Operations
- Assist with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development/control/revision
- Assist with Batch Sheet development/control/revision
- Assist with Equipment Files capturing key equipment information for easy access and reference
- (including specifications, design certifications, owner’s manuals, cut sheets, drawings, etc.…)
- Support Internal Report Development
- Compile statistics to track production (batches & yields) monthly and YTD
- Compile statistics to track maintenance work order completions monthly
- Compile status information for capital projects monthly
- Participation/contribution as requested in internal audits (e.g. safety, environmental, quality, etc.…)
- Maintain action item listing and assist with periodic reporting and eventual closure
- Participation/contribution as requested in internal incident investigations

- Capital and Maintenance project management
- Act as Project Engineer through scope development, design, procurement, planning and execution
- Develop capital request package and control cost and schedule while delivering successful investments
- Manage discipline engineers and Contractors to optimize design and construction phases
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting operations and/or EHS management.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Self-motivated and driven. Detail oriented. Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Microsoft Office skills a must, with strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
- Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, as well as walk through a plant/lab/warehouse setting.
